I have worked in leadership development for over 17 years. It has been some of the most rewarding work of my career.

But something was consistently missing.

Most tools measured one thing. Strengths or values or personality type. Useful in isolation. But leadership is not one thing. It is the interaction between who you are, what drives you, how you think and the patterns you run under pressure. No single tool was giving people the complete picture they needed to start developing with real clarity.

So I built one.

The MY Potential COMPASS brings five layers of behavioural insight together in a single tool. It gives every leader a precise, named starting point. Not a generic category. A specific picture of who they are and how they lead.

Since developing it I have used it with leaders, professionals and organisations across multiple sectors. The response is consistently the same. People say it articulates something they have always sensed about themselves but never had the language for.

Every programme built around the COMPASS is grounded in one principle.

Clarity without action is just comfort.

The work happens inside the session. Not as homework that life quietly swallows.
